Precast Manholes
Precast Manholes and Chambers with cover are available in cylindrical, conical and cuboid shapes have successfully replaced the old traditional manholes made from bricks which were time consuming and structurally weak for providing access to telecommunication infrastructure and sewerage system.
Especially, the cuboid manhole chambers have been overwhelmingly accepted by the telecom industry and is the predominant system used to provide outlets/access to underground telecom cables.
At BRHC, Preacast Manhole Chambers are manufactured in conventional standard sizes as well as special-engineered designs provided by the clients. Precast manholes and riser rings are produced using the latest vibro-compaction technique to ensure durability, high tensile strength and robustness.
Circular Manhole Chamber with Risers
CIRCULAR MANHOLE AND RISER SPECIFICATIONS:
The Precast RCC M-40 grade circular manholes with riser rings consists of conical piece on top with cover and circular riser rings made from precast reinforced concrete that can be stacked one on top of the other to construct the desired height of the manholes conical shaped manhole. At the end, circular bottom ring is attached consisting of desired number of holes of suitable diameter for line diversion and connectivity.

Conical Manhole System
SPECIFICATIONS:
The conical manhole assembly system consists of conical rings made from precast reinforced concrete that can be stacked one on top of the other to construct a conical shaped manhole. In addition, a precast concrete frame and cover are also provided at the top.

Cuboid Manhole System
SPECIFICATIONS:
The cuboid manhole chamber consists of rectangular collar on top with heavy duty cover-slabs stacked on a single-solid cuboid chamber made from precast reinforced concrete. Suitable holes and hooks are provided to support movement and connectivity. In general, these concrete manhole chambers are used in telecom infrastructure to cater cable outlet points.
