Depending on the type of soil bedding and design criteria, BRHC have various internal diameter selection in rubber ring joints.

Water Supply and Irrigation

BRHC manufactures concrete pipes for use in water supply requirements at river and irrigation functions in rural areas by the centrifugal spun method. The hume pipes are produced to take a minimum crushing load of not less than 20.2 kN per meter length of pipe. These pipes are available with spigot and socket joints in sizes of 400 MM Dia NP2 Class RCC Pipe, 400 MM Dia NP3 Class RCC Pipe, 450 MM Dia NP2 Class RCC Pipe, 450 MM Dia NP3 Class RCC Pipe, 600 MM Dia NP2 Class RCC Pipe, 600 MM Dia NP3 Class RCC Pipe.

Sewerage

BRHC concrete sewerage pipes are manufactured to provide a corrosion barrier to withstand corrosive attack while maintaining flexibility to withstand decades of severe services.

Advantages:-

1. Resists hydrogen sulphide and other sewer gases, acids, alkalis and salts.
2. The interior cement base prevents the disintegration of the concrete.
3. Resistant to wide variety of chemicals.
4. Unaffected by fungus or bacterial action.

Design and specification:

BRHC sewerage pipes are available in sizes and classes similar to those of culvert and drainage pipes. BRHC sewerage pipes utilize the Rubber Ring Joint for water tightness and protection from the surrounding environment. Other type of joints are not recommended.
